Wow! Heat permeated every page of this book!

I was drawn in by the poetry, and quickly cozied up to the smooth, romantic style of DaScriba. With each page, I fell more in love, and wanted to share this book with someone who could make me feel all the things described in this book. "I kneel at the altar of your love...baptize me with the anointed juices of your arousal," the author writes.

My favorites were "Sweet Midnight," "You Melted Me," and "Fine Dining." I love the tales of the sexy seductress named Mahogany, and I want to know her. Is she real? Surely she must be, as she inspires the most amazing poetry to spring from DaScriba. This author's writing is vivid, fluid, and oh so sensual. And I would LOVE a book of stories about her muse, Mahogany.

Amazing collection! "Delicious Deceptions" is a 5-star read for sure!
